Targeted at elite employees and specialists with a minimum of 5 years of experience and commendable performance in capability, attitude, and expertise, the program’s instructors are experienced middle managers with deep insights into their specialized fields.

• To enhance the professional knowledge of the QS team and similar roles, Newtecons has implemented a QS training program focused on negotiation, communication, and cost and contract-related issues.
