  • The advanced management training, conducted by the NewStar Club, is designed to cultivate the company’s future leaders. It emphasizes the development of management skills and professional knowledge to nurture the company’s foundational cadre.

  • The deputy manager training program spans several topics across three main areas: technical proficiency, management skills, and leadership qualities. Targeted at elite employees and specialists with a minimum of 5 years of experience and commendable performance in capability, attitude, and expertise, the program’s instructors are experienced middle managers with deep insights into their specialized fields.

  • To enhance the professional knowledge of the QS team and similar roles, Newtecons has implemented a QS training program focused on negotiation, communication, and cost and contract-related issues.

  • Furthermore, regular seminars and thematic workshops aim to improve employees’ professional skills and keep them updated with the latest industry trends.

Newtecons strives to make its programs as accessible as possible, integrating innovative activities to facilitate the easy assimilation and reinforcement of new knowledge.
