NEWTECONS EXTENDS ITS FOOTPRINT IN THE BWID INDUSTRIAL PROJECT SERIES

Following the successful handover of BWID Thuan Dao Factory at Thuan Dao Industrial Park (Long An) in Q4 2025, Newtecons has recently completed the BWID Yen Phong Project in Bac Ninh, further expanding its industrial project portfolio in partnership with BW Industrial.

🔹 BWID Thuan Dao
The project features a total gross floor area of 122,700 m² on a 12.2-hectare site, highlighted by a two-story factory and warehouse model exceeding 20 meters in height. It was constructed to meet LEED Gold standards and completed within 14 months.

🔹 BWID Yen Phong
With a similar design model, BWID Yen Phong at Yen Phong Industrial Park (Bac Ninh) has a larger scale, comprising 5 factories, 3 two-story warehouses, and supporting facilities such as parking areas, guardhouses, and loading ramps. The project has a total gross floor area of approximately 161,728 m², completed within 18 months.

Both projects were delivered with Newtecons as the main contractor, applying innovative construction solutions such as table formwork and modular systems to accelerate progress, enhance quality, and optimize operational efficiency for manufacturing and logistics businesses.

The factories are equipped with modern MEP systems, offering a high electrical capacity ranging from 12MW to 16MW, meeting diverse operational requirements of tenants.

With five industrial projects developed in collaboration with BW Industrial Development JSC across Binh Duong, Long An, Hai Duong, and Bac Ninh, Newtecons continues to affirm its capability in delivering large-scale industrial developments with a focus on standardization, schedule optimization, and international quality standards.
