NEWTECONS TOPS OUT TRELLIA COVE AT MIZUKI PARK – STRUCTURAL MILESTONE COMPLETED ON SCHEDULE
On the morning of September 17, 2026, Newtecons held the Topping-out Ceremony for the CC5 Residential Project – Trellia Cove at Mizuki Park, South Saigon. The event marked the completion of the project’s structural works as scheduled, paving the way for the next phase of finishing works.
The ceremony was attended by representatives of the Developer, NNH Mizuki Joint Stock Company, together with its investors, including Nam Long Investment Corporation, Hankyu Hanshin Properties, and Nishi-Nippon Railroad, as well as representatives of relevant project stakeholders.
Trellia Cove – A Premium Residential Development at Mizuki Park
Located within the integrated Mizuki Park township in South Saigon, Trellia Cove spans a total site area of more than 8,400 sq.m. The development comprises one basement and three 20-storey residential towers, providing 817 premium apartments and 24 adjoining villas.
Trellia Cove forms part of a modern integrated township that combines contemporary architecture, landscaped green spaces, and community amenities to create a well-planned and cohesive living environment for residents.
Technical and Schedule Control Throughout Construction
With numerous structural components requiring stringent standards of engineering, quality, and safety, construction at Trellia Cove demanded rigorous planning, coordination, and site control. To meet the project schedule, Newtecons proactively deployed the “Gang Formwork System” during structural construction. This solution helped shorten construction cycles, optimize equipment utilization, and enhance stability and consistency throughout structural works.
Alongside technical solutions, the Site Management Team organized construction activities in accordance with the approved schedule while maintaining strict quality and safety control across all work areas. Close coordination among Newtecons, the Developer, Consultants, and other project stakeholders was maintained throughout the construction process, enabling timely resolution of site issues and supporting the project’s overall progress.
Continuing Newtecons’ Project Portfolio at Mizuki Park
Following Flora Mizuki MP6-7-8, Flora Panorama CCTM3, Flora Panorama CC6789, and Mizuki CCTM-1, Trellia Cove further strengthens Newtecons’ presence at Mizuki Park and represents the fourth premium residential development among the five projects undertaken by Newtecons in the area.
The continued partnership with the Developer across multiple projects reflects the trust built over time and demonstrates Newtecons’ construction capabilities in the premium residential segment.
Moving into the Finishing Phase
Following the topping-out milestone, Trellia Cove has officially entered the finishing phase. Newtecons will continue to maintain stringent control over safety, quality, and schedule, while working closely with the Developer and other stakeholders to execute the remaining works in accordance with the project plan.
The on-schedule completion of the structural works marks not only an important milestone for Trellia Cove but also provides a solid foundation for the project to move closer to its targeted completion and handover in line with committed objectives.
