NEWTECONS SIMULTANEOUSLY BREAKS GROUND ON TWO LARGE-SCALE PROJECTS IN NORTHERN VIETNAM
On March 26, 2026, Newtecons simultaneously commenced construction on two major projects in Hanoi, further affirming its capability in delivering projects with high requirements for quality, schedule, and technical standards.
1/ LUMIÈRE ORIENT PEARL HIGH-END APARTMENT PROJECT
On March 26, 2026, at Vinhomes Ocean Park 1 Urban Area (Gia Lam, Hanoi), Newtecons officially broke ground on the LUMIÈRE Orient Pearl project – a high-end apartment development under the LUMIÈRE Series by Masterise Homes. Located at a prime gateway in the eastern part of the capital, the project consists of two 31-story towers and two basement levels, developed under a philosophy of refined and pure living, creating an aesthetic and inspiring living environment.
As the main contractor, Newtecons is responsible for the structural works, architectural works of the tower blocks (including basements), as well as landscape items of the project.
Immediately after groundbreaking, the project has been deployed in a synchronized manner, with all work items progressing according to plan. Preparations of manpower, materials, and construction solutions have been prioritized to ensure progress and quality in line with the developer’s requirements.
2/ HOTEL – OFFICE COMPLEX PROJECT IN DONG ANH, HANOI
On the same day, March 26, 2026, Newtecons also commenced construction of a hotel–office complex located at plot CCĐT.12-HH, within the National Exhibition and Convention Center project, developed by Masterise Group.
The project features a 42-story high-standard hotel tower and a 24-story office tower, integrated with underground infrastructure, service amenities, and large-scale conference spaces. It is designed to meet international standards, ensuring consistency from design and operation to finishing quality.
Located in the Dong Anh – Co Loa area, the project holds a strategic position along key transportation routes, within a zone planned to become a new development hub of the capital. With advantages in synchronized infrastructure and distinctive landscape, the project connects directly to green ecosystems, large lakes, and the Co Loa Cultural – Historical Park.
