NEWTECONS BREAKS GROUND ON MASTERI GRAND COAST PROJECT, CONTINUING ITS HIGH-END PROJECT PIPELINE IN NORTHERN VIETNAM

Newtecons, together with Ricons and SOL E&C, officially commenced construction of the Masteri Grand Coast project – the final landmark of the high-end Masteri Collection within Ocean City, developed by Masterise Homes. The project is located at the heart of Ocean Park 2, Hung Yen, offering direct views of the Wonder Wave Park lagoon.

Masteri Grand Coast comprises 7 towers rising 27 stories high with 2 interconnected basement levels. The project is designed as a premium apartment complex with integrated amenities within Ocean City – a mega-urban development shaping an international-standard residential community and setting a new benchmark for upscale living in the region.

At this project, Newtecons plays the lead role in overall construction management and directly undertakes the construction of two towers. The basement works – a critical foundation for the entire development – are being executed with the coordinated participation of Newtecons, Ricons, and SOL E&C. The collaboration among the three companies leverages collective strengths, optimizes resources, and synchronizes execution systems, thereby enhancing construction efficiency for large-scale, fast-track high-rise projects.

The project requires significant resource mobilization, particularly as the Northern construction market enters its peak period. Newtecons proactively optimizes construction solutions and mobilizes resources from the early stages to ensure progress and quality in accordance with the Developer’s requirements.

The consecutive groundbreaking of major projects on March 26–27, 2026 not only reinforces Newtecons’ position in the high-end construction segment but also highlights its strong capability in delivering key projects, contributing to the development of modern urban landscapes.
