NEWTECONS COMMENCES CONSTRUCTION OF TECHNICAL INFRASTRUCTURE FOR VÀM CỐNG INDUSTRIAL PARK WITH NEARLY 200 HA SCALE

On March 30, 2026, Newtecons, in collaboration with the investor T&T Group, broke ground on the Vam Cong Industrial Park infrastructure development project in My Thoi Ward, An Giang Province. The ceremony was also attended by representatives of local authorities. At this project, Newtecons serves as the main contractor for technical infrastructure construction.

The project is large in scale, with a total area of approximately 200 hectares, including about 193 hectares dedicated to the industrial park, making it one of the key industrial infrastructure projects in An Giang Province. The industrial park is planned to be developed as an integrated, synchronized, and modern complex with a built-in logistics system. With its strategic location directly connected to National Highway 91 and My Thoi Port, Vam Cong Industrial Park holds significant advantages in trade and goods transportation, thereby enhancing investment attractiveness and promoting industrial development in the Mekong Delta region.

In the initial phase, Newtecons will implement technical infrastructure construction over an area of 75 hectares, with expected completion by March 2027. The 11-month construction timeline requires strong organizational capacity, effective coordination, and close collaboration among all stakeholders.

As the general contractor, Newtecons will focus on mobilizing resources, executing construction in a synchronized manner, and strictly controlling progress, quality, and safety factors – thereby continuing to affirm its capability in delivering large-scale infrastructure projects under tight schedules.
