NEWTECONS OPENS QS SUPERVISION TRAINING COURSE 2024
To increase the quality and efficiency of project management, Newtecons frequently organizes training programs, seminars, and workshops to help employees grow their skills. As part of that sequence of events, on the morning of July 11, 2024, Newtecons formally launched the 2024 QS Supervision Training Course.
The course is managed by the CCM and L&D Departments. Nearly 150 Newtecons employees nationwide participate. The training content is divided into ten sessions, with a total duration of 30 hours.
With a team of lecturers who are engineers with many years of experience in cost estimation and project budget management, the training program will provide QS specialists with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform cost estimating, contract management, and financial control from the planning stage to project completion.
The training material is broad and in-depth, contributing to the professionalization of Newtecons’ working process, which includes estimating, cost management, construction supervision, project acceptance, and handover. Effective cost control will help optimize resource utilization, reduce waste, and increase project efficiency.
