NEWTECONS ORGANIZED THE GROUNDBREAKING CEREMONY OF STARLAKE PROJECT HANOI SCHOOL
(HN – February 19th, 2020) The Starlake Project Hanoi School officially started construction in Tay Ho Tay Urban Center, Bac Tu Liem District, Hanoi.
