NEWTECONS TOGETHER WITH RICONS AND SOL E&C HOST THE 2025 YEAR-END REVIEW CONFERENCE & YEAR-END GALA FOR THE SOUTHERN REGION

With the theme “Stronger – Greater – Together,” the program was an opportunity to look back on a remarkable 2025 journey, honor outstanding efforts, and energize the team to kick off a more powerful breakthrough year in 2026.

At the Year-End Review Conference, Founding Chairman Nguyễn Bá Dương expressed his gratitude to all employees and shared the strategic direction for the new year. The recognition of Outstanding Teams and Individuals of 2025 was announced in a solemn atmosphere, giving well-deserved acknowledgment to notable contributions and persistent dedication across the organization.

As the Year-End Gala began, the stage came alive with a modern LED and lighting system. The toasting moment became an emotional highlight when 30 executive leaders from six companies within the ecosystem raised their glasses to open the gala, affirming unity, partnership, and determination to pursue greater goals in 2026.

The evening reached new heights with a series of artistic performances, high-energy internal acts, and an emotional climax as everyone joined in singing familiar songs such as “Nối vòng tay lớn” and “Đường đến đỉnh vinh quang,” accompanied by the band Microwave.

Closing out 2025 on a high note, the Newtecons – Ricons – SOL E&C family is ready to enter a new phase of transformation with a spirit of connection – collaboration – breakthrough. The “Stronger – Greater – Together” journey will continue in the Northern region on January 27, 2026, at the National Convention Center, Hanoi.
