NORTHERN VIETNAM CONSTRUCTION FORCE CONFERENCE 2025 – ACCELERATING WITH QUALITY AND TECHNOLOGY

On July 29, 2025, Newtecons held the Northern Vietnam Construction Force Conference, bringing together over 150 project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and site teams from across the region. The event served as a meaningful platform for connection and reaffirmed the company’s close partnership with the frontline teams who bring Newtecons’ projects to life.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Lê Đức Bửu – Operations Director of Newtecons – emphasized that the construction force is the key driver behind the distinctiveness of Newtecons’ projects. In an increasingly competitive market, improving quality, accelerating progress, controlling costs, and applying technology are no longer advantages – they are necessities. The construction teams act as the crucial bridge to turn these commitments into reality on-site.

During the conference, the Executive Board of Newtecons introduced several initiatives to support the construction teams, including improvements to the payment process and the removal of advance and warranty guarantees for qualified teams. Real-life case studies on optimized construction methods and the application of digital technologies – from BIM and VR to tools for progress and quality management – provided practical insights to enhance both efficiency and professionalism on site.

The event atmosphere was filled with sincerity, openness, and a strong sense of connection. Informal conversations between engineers, team leaders, and company representatives opened up diverse perspectives and strengthened mutual understanding and on-site coordination.
