YOUTH ON SITE OF KYOCERA HAI PHONG PROJECT

Newtecons engineers, who attach their lives to the sunny and windy land of Hai Phong City, are passionate employees. These more than 70 supervisors, coming from different personalities, thoughts and circumstances, have joined hands from the very beginning and worked side by side for a common goal of completing the Kyocera project. They themselves have blown new winds to the life here.

Walking around the construction site of more than 40 ha wide, our eyes stumbled on brothers working off the reel in high spirit for timely accomplishment of project. Everyone was immersed in the extreme sunlight and burning heat from steel and concrete. However, such hardship could not frustrate anyone of them. “Success doesn’t come from simple things. Every challenge brings me invaluable lessons, drags me out of my comfort zone to make miracles”, said an engineer.

The Site Management Board’s green-day activities and glasses of fresh lemon juice every afternoon made a big consolation for workers to overcome the burning heat on the construction site. Such subtle cares have become a driving force to unite individuals in a shared mind to face up difficulties and challenges.

We imbue our youthfulness in the very passion for work. Being young is being in no fear of challenges. The young generation of Newtecons are holding up their enthusiasm and joining hands to conquer things ahead.
