TOPPING OUT CEREMONY OF THE MASTERI WATERFRONT PROJECT BY NEWTECONS

In an intimate setting on June 14, 2022, the Site Management Team of the Masteri Waterfront project held a topping-out ceremony for the CT3 tower cluster to honor everyone who worked hard to overcome challenges and complete extremely heavy workloads in accordance with the Investor and Site Management Team’s progress commitments.

One of the major initiatives of Newtecons, the general contractor of design and construction for Masterise Homes, is the Masteri Waterfront. The structural, finishing, landscape infrastructure, MEP, aluminum and glass construction, and elevator system for the two subdivisions, CT03 (Miami) and CT06 (Hawaii), each with a maximum size of 19,000sqm, are all under the control of the Newtecons Site Management Team on this project.

CT03 subdivision has 3 towers: The T30 tower (30 floors), the L26 and L26M towers (26 floors). The General Contractor must have courage and strength to finish this massive project on schedule and to the specified level of quality.

Due to the project’s location in an upscale urban region, there is a restricted amount of time for building (construction work must be done before 8 pm). Despite confronting many challenges brought on by the epidemic during more than 18 months of building, the stage must be extremely quick and precise to assure progress. The building site is always “hot” and bustling, mobilizing thousands of people, and continuously completing tasks due to tight criteria on labor safety, progress, and exceptional quality. In the joy of construction team, the project was recently recognized to mark the ceremony of exceeding 3 million safe hours.

At the event, Mr. Tong Duc Hanh, Project Director of Masterise Homes, praised the Site Management Team for managing and directing the project to accomplish progress, quality, ensuring safety, topping out successfully.

After topping out, the project moved into the finishing phase with a higher finishing level than Vietnam Standards to introduce a unique and elegant “living paradise” and bring the best experience to its residents.
