TOPPING OUT CEREMONY FOR FLORA MIZUKI MP6-7-8 PROJECT BY NEWTECONS
Topping-out Ceremony for Flora Mizuki MP6-7-8 project was solemnly held on August 23, 2022, by Newtecons in collaboration with Investor Nam Long, two Japanese partners Nishi Nippon Railroad and Hankyu Hanshin Properties in the construction site of urban area Mizuki Park, Binh Chanh district. The ceremony was attended by suppliers, subcontractors, and the supervision consultant Artelia.
Project Flora Mizuki MP6-7-8 was initiated in June 2021. As a general contractor, Newtecons worked on the project and completed subsurface, structural, finishing, MEP, and landscape infrastructure. The Newtecons Construction Management Team has fulfilled the plan committed to the Investor after more than 14 months of intensive focus, overcoming challenges brought on by the pandemic and the pressure of a heavy workload, and successfully bringing the topping-out project.

This demonstrates that Newtecons gives special consideration to the quality of finishing and the MEPF system in addition to completing the project’s structural work as committed to the Investor. The Site Management Team will continue to put a lot of effort into the finishing work immediately following the topping-out ceremony with the objectives of safety, quality, and quickest progress. Residents will undoubtedly enjoy the exceptional qualities of the Mizuki Park urban area, which was designed with great precision and is inspired by Japan spirit, once the project is finished.”


“The Covid-19 outbreak, which has resulted in a scarcity of personnel, supplies, and equipment, has generated numerous challenges for the project since it began development,” said Mr. Nguyen Phan Anh Tuan, Construction Site Manager, in an impassioned tone. “Site Management Team carefully planned its human resources, materials, and equipment, and promptly devised and implemented the necessary building plans. Site Management Team collectively overcame challenges by working day and night to do a significant amount of work and make quick progress. The formation of a project that fully satisfies the standards for quality, safety, and progress has made the entire Site Management Team very happy today.”

It is expected that, after the topping-out ceremony, General Contractor Newtecons will continue to complete infrastructure, podium, apartments, and hand over in the first quarter of 2023.
The Flora Mizuki MP6-7-8 project located on Nguyen Van Linh Avenue, Binh Hung Commune, Binh Chanh District, Ho Chi Minh City, and in Mizuki Park urban area with the total area of 26 ha. The project’s blocks are deftly placed in zigzag lines to maximize the flats’ open space, bringing the “aquatic” natural landscape and a comfortable climate into each tranquil living space. The development is expected to bring a perfect setting for its residents.
