THE SITE MANAGEMENT TEAM OF M GARDEN CITY DA NANG PROJECT HAS COMPLETED THE CANTILEVER BEAM WITH SOPHISTICATED TECHNIQUES.
Recently, the site management team of the M Garden City Da Nang project successfully completed the main and most difficult load-bearing transfer beam system, which is the “backbone” of the project, under rainy weather.
The largest transfer beam is 2650m x 2500m with 3 cantilever beams at 8.75m long. This important floor transfer beam system has a floor area of 810m2 with countless complex structural details, a fairface concrete surface, using a total volume of 730m3 of concrete.
Long-term effects include the COVID-19 epidemic, increased raw material prices, negative factors from surrounding works, designs, and complex architectural details, the site management team has devoted all their hearts, researched difficult techniques, and made efforts to keep the project on schedule, comply with safety, and ensure the quality.
M Garden City Danang was evaluated by Archdaily as one of the green, large-scale, and unique projects in the world and excellently won the best hotel architectural design award organized by PropertyGuru Awards (Singapore).
