NEWTECONS WAS HONORED AS “BEST COMPANY TO WORK FOR IN ASIA IN 2022”

On August 11, 2022, Newtecons was honored by HR Asia Magazine as one of the Best Companies to Work for in Asia in 2022. Newtecons is thrilled to win this award for the third year in a row.

HR Asia – Best Companies to Work for in Asia is an awards program held annually to recognize and honor businesses with outstanding working environments in Asia. With more than 400,000 annual surveys to measure employee engagement with the workplace, the award is available in 15 markets across the region.

The list of winners this year was carefully considered and chosen using the TEAM (Total Engagement Assessment Model) based on a set of criteria including: Core, Self, and Group applied to significant Vietnamese human resource in Asia labor market.
