Mr. Nguyen Ba Duong, the Founding Chairman of Newtecons, noted the outcomes of the team in 2022 and made the following comment: “With a strong team on hand, experience working with domestic and foreign partners and technical understanding, Newtecons has more than enough capacity to carry out the biggest projects today”.

In 2022, Newtecons concentrated on human resource development, comprehensive training from expertise to skills, typically: Training activities from the Executive Board, Management level; Training activities at the level of Deputy Head of Department; Training activities at the level of Deputy Construction Site Manager; Safety training activities; Brand training. One brilliant example is the training activities conducted on the construction site, which are always kept up-to-date and provide several advantages to both the trainees and the training participants. With the signing of MOUs with prominent colleges, Newtecons created chances for students to get practical knowledge before their graduation.

Mr. Vo Thanh Liem, General Director of Newtecons, spoke about the strategy for 2023 and stated: “The real estate market is witnessing many fluctuations, which will directly effect construction enterprises in the future year. But after evaluating the available prospects and the strength of the Company’s human resources, the Board of Management discussed about and established ambitious targets for 2023. The business strategy for 2023 of the Board of Management has demonstrated the great determination and unanimity of all employees to reach the objective by using the message “Be Great Together” as a guideline”.

Newtecons honored 51 people and 7 teams at the ceremony for their great achievement in 2022. This is an annual event to honor the work of groups and individuals that have positively impacted the company’s production and business operations.
