NEWTECONS REVIEWS PRODUCTION AND BUSINESS OUTCOMES FOR THE FIRST HALF OF 2022, WITH THE GOAL OF CONSOLIDATING THE CORPORATE GOVERNANCE APPARATUS AND RAISING THE LEVEL OF PERSONNEL TO MEET THE OUTSTANDING GROWTH RATE
Following a challenging year in 2021, Newtecons set a revenue and profit growth target for 2022. On the one hand, Newtecons continued to win contracts for significant and large-scale projects in 2022, while on the other, we completed backlog work successfully in 2021. In the first half of 2022, Newtecons’ revenue increased by 82 percent when compared to the same period in 2021. The Ceremony had a solemn and focused atmosphere. This is an opportunity for Newtecons to recognize all employees’ efforts over the last six months. It was a watershed moment for Newtecons people decision to act unanimously and decisively in order to meet the established goal for the entire year of 2022.

Newtecons focuses on the development of human resources, both in terms of quantity and quality, in order to keep up with the revenue and number of ongoing projects that are rapidly increasing. The ratio of human resources increased by 35% over the same period in the first six months of the year, reaching 959. Newtecons is aggressively improving and training activities to develop and raise the team’s level.

All of Newtecons’ departments have also received promotions, improving both quantity and quality in order to handle both the current workload and set the foundation for future growth in both production and commercial operations in 2022 and the next years.
