NEWTECONS ORGANIZED THE SIGNING CEREMONY OF THE 2024 PRODUCTION AND BUSINESS PLAN

[January 18, 2024, Ho Chi Minh City] The signing ceremony for the 2024 production and business plan was held solemnly by Newtecons. The Newtecons Executive Board and Managers pledged to use every effort to fulfill the objectives and plan for the upcoming year.

The year 2023 ends up in a context in which the world situation remains challenging and competitive pressure amongst enterprises in the same industry is intensifying. However, with strong internal resources, Newtecons maintained its position when overall income exceeded 112% of the plan at the start of the year. This is Newtecons’ sixth consecutive year of exceptional development.

At the event, Founding Chairman Nguyen Ba Duong praised Newtecons’ recent achievements. This is the consequence of the Company’s Board of Directors’ proper guidance, as well as the employees’ efforts and solidarity.

The market is expected to remain volatile in 2024. But, with the preparedness, adaptability, and fearlessness of a pioneer, the Newtecons Board of Directors remains constant in its goal of 15% increase over the previous year.

In addition to business operations, Newtecons will persist in prioritizing team building and bolstering the human resources infrastructure via training initiatives, title protection schemes, hiring practices, and ongoing enhancements to ensure the greatest possible working conditions and compensation packages for staff members.

The action plan and suggested solutions for the greatest outcomes were previously provided by the Newtecons Executive Board, Department Heads, and Project Directors during the Production and Business Plan Protection Ceremony on January 6, 2024.

The Newtecons team is determined to successfully execute the 2024 plan, making a difference in the construction business in accordance with the Company’s statement this year.
