NEWTECONS ORGANIZED THE FIRST INTERNAL TRAINING COURSE FOR QS SUPERVISORS IN 2019

(9 March, 2019 – Ho Chi Minh City) Under the Company’s plan, the Training Section coordinates with the Contract & Cost Control Management Department to organize the internal training course for QS for the first time in 2019. The program is attended by internal lecturer Tran Vu Dang Son – Deputy Tender Department Manager and 45 students who are QS Supervisors at sites across the country.

The internal training program entitled “Knowledge – Skills – QS operations” will last for 8 weeks, starting from March 2019. According to the Newtecons Training Section, this training program aims to add knowledge and skills to the QS Supervisors  on site. Since then, it would be able to support the students how to handle and organize work in planning according to the new standards of the Company.

Internal training is a unique culture that is focused on by all Newtecons departments & sites and aims to achieve specific quality. According to the survey, after participating in internal training programs, the spirit of learning, self-training and continuous improvement of capacity is strongly spread among the staff of the Company. In 2019, the development of internal training programs will be further promoted by the Training Section and the Board of Management.
