NEWTECONS NEWSTAR CLUB EVENT 2021
On January 16th and 17th, Newtecons organized a team-building program for over 140 management staff at the Melia Ho Tram beach resort in Vung Tau. This is an annual event under the Newstar Potential Leadership Club initiative.
This year’s theme, “Forward to the Future,” highlights Newtecons’ commitment to adaptability and continuous improvement, aiming to enhance internal strength and drive future transformations.
The team activities showcased the determination and passion of the Newtecons “warriors.” More importantly, the joy of each winning team stemmed not just from the rewards or competition, but also from the strength of a family united in pursuit of their goals.
The Gala Dinner offered members a chance to connect, sharing personal experiences and insights from the leadership. The evening was enriched with a lively cultural program and exquisite dining, culminating in a symbolic fire lighting, heralding the beginning of a journey toward new achievements.
Despite the challenges of 2020 in the real estate and construction sectors, Newtecons maintained a spirit of unity and resilience. The company not only met its business targets but also achieved notable success, thanks largely to the pivotal role of its middle management in linking and implementing strategic objectives.
