NEWTECONS IGNITES NEWSTAR CLUB IN 2022 WITH VIBRANT ACTIVITIES
Recently, the NEWSTAR Club, Newtecons’ incubator for emerging leaders, welcomed its new Executive Board and launched its first initiatives for the year 2022.
NEWSTAR is driven by a mission to:
- Facilitate networking, cohesion, and solidarity towards shared goals.
- Offer knowledge sharing, training, and skill development.
- Cultivate talent, and develop a foundational team of potential leaders.
The dialogue between the management and club members garnered positive responses, with members openly sharing their emotions, challenges faced, valuable lessons learned, and particularly, the INNOVATIVE and OPTIMAL solutions drawn from real-life experiences.
He emphasized KINDNESS and HONESTY in all endeavors, advocating for a balance between rational thinking and heartfelt dedication to the company and its tasks as fundamental principles for achieving success.

The club’s hallmark teambuilding event, attended by over 150 distinguished members, was a resounding success. The theme “THE POWER OF ONE” underscored the collective strength of a united, forward-moving team that embraces challenges. It was a reflection of the club’s spirit for the year 2022.
The physical activities brought abundant laughter, moments of relaxation, and opportunities to showcase talents along with humorous traits that members rarely had the chance to express before. Fully immersing themselves, daring to embrace challenges, and most importantly, the spirit of teamwork was enhanced as everyone collaborated, employing both wit and strength to engage in the games.
The Gala Dinner provided a perfect setting for members to engage in heartfelt conversations, enjoy music by the campfire, and share personal and professional experiences. This gathering allowed for closer interactions with the leadership team, fostering a deeper understanding and connection among members.
