NEWTECONS HOSTS DEPUTY COMMANDER TITLE DEFENSE CEREMONY

On October 7, 2022, Newtecons held a Deputy Commander Title Defense Ceremony for 3 distinguished personnel, who were highly regarded at their construction site. This event served as a foundational milestone and opportunity for these individuals to further their career development, aligning with the company’s personnel development strategy.

Mr. Vo Thanh Liem – General Director of Newtecons, presented books to the individuals defending their titles as Deputy Commanders.

Mr. Tran Quoc Khoa defended his title as the MEP Deputy Commander for the Flora Panorama project, part of the Mizuki Park cluster (CCTM3 building).

With more than 7 years of experience, Mr. Khoa has contributed to large-scale projects that required adherence to international standards and a high level of precision. Not only is he proficient in his field, but Mr. Khoa is also recognized for his dynamism and quick thinking. He manages his work meticulously, continuously implementing innovative solutions and new construction techniques to improve efficiency and quality.

Mr. Thai Hoai Nhan defended his title as Deputy Commander for The Sóng project

The Sóng is a significant endeavor in Vung Tau, characterized by its complex construction requirements and numerous unique components. With a wealth of experience across various types of projects, Mr. Nhan plays a crucial role in the success of the project. His dedication and popularity among his peers are a testament to his work ethic. Additionally, his confidence, approachability, and positive energy stand out as some of his key strengths.

Mr. Nguyen Anh Pham defended his Deputy Commander title for the Flora Panorama project within the Mizuki Park cluster (CC6789 building)

Having worked in both field and office settings, Mr. Pham is recognized for his dynamic, passionate, meticulous, and decisive nature. He impressed the Council with his clear and confident presentation style, as well as his ability to identify issues and propose innovative solutions to ensure the project’s timely completion, quality standards, and investor satisfaction.

Following their presentations, each received candid, objective, and practical feedback from the Evaluation Council, pinpointing strengths to enhance and weaknesses to address.

Mr. Nguyen Truong Duy, Operations Director of Newtecons and a member of the Evaluation Council, commented: “The 3 individuals participating in today’s defense are exceptionally outstanding, possessing a wealth of experience, expertise, and a positive attitude towards work.
