NEWTECONS HAS ORGANIZED THE POTENTIAL LEADERSHIP CLUB ACTIVITIES 2023
On August 12, 2023, Newtecons successfully organized the Newstar Potential Leadership Club Activities, which included the Ceremony for the Defense of the Project Director and Department Head Titles, as well as training and a gala dinner. The event was attended by the Ecosystem Leadership, the Executive Board, and all members of the club.
The Ceremony for the Defense of the Project Director and Department Head Titles was held at our headquarters, creating an atmosphere of solemnity and enthusiasm. This event holds significant importance within our potential Human Resources planning and development framework, serving not only as a milestone in our employees’ personal growth but also as an opportunity for the company to assess their efforts and contributions in a transparent and objective manner.
During the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Tan Tai defended his title as Project Director, and Mr. Nguyen Quoc Minh Huy defended his title as Manager of Tender Department. Both individuals performed excellently in their roles and received well-deserved recognition from the Leadership Board and the colleagues. The Evaluation Board provided both constructive feedback and positive reinforcement, enabling them to identify areas for improvement and fully utilize their capabilities in their new positions. Furthermore, they were encouraged to strive for further career advancements.
After the title defense activities, Newtecons conducted a scheduled internal training program that centered around the developmental roadmap for Human Resources. The training session was carefully crafted to provide interactive content and garnered enthusiastic participation from all attendees. It served as a crucial opportunity to enhance management capabilities and equip individuals with the necessary skills to tackle challenges in project management and other company operations.
On the same day, the Gala Dinner, themed “Together We Can,” was held at Van Thanh Tourist Area, fostering a vibrant and united ambiance among all Newstar Club members. The Leadership Board took the opportunity to deliver uplifting and motivating speeches, expressing gratitude for the valuable contributions and dedicated efforts of all employees towards the company’s progress. The program concluded with joyful smiles and firm handshakes, symbolizing the shared commitment to conquer future objectives of Newtecons together.
