NEWTECONS FINISHES AND DELIVERS WAREHOUSE FOR LEASE OF SAO DAU

The Warehouse for Lease of Sao Dau was finished and delivered to the Investor by Newtecons Site Management Team after a time of concentration and efforts to overcome numerous obstacles.

This multi-story factory model (with 2 main floors and 2 mezzanine floors) is a factory for lease that vividly illustrates the aesthetic, quality is its own individuality when combined with a steel structural system and a well-invested exterior that complies with LEED (USA) criteria. It has a scale of almost 3 hectares, a floor area of almost 58,000 sqm, and a main floor height of 12 m.

“The Site Management Team faced many obstacles at the start of the project because the epidemic situation was unstable, the location was far from the center, and there was a lot of equipment,” said Acting Construction Site Manager Truong Van Quyen. “However, with the assistance and encouragement of the Board of Directors and other Departments, we were able to successfully complete the project. Everyone’s efforts and tenacity are what have led to today’s major achievement.”
