NEWTECONS CONGRATULATED ON THE INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY ON 08/03/2021

On 6 March 2021, under the agreement of the BOM, Union Executive Board of Newtecons organized a meeting to congratulate on International Women’s Day on 8 March 2021. The meeting has brought many surprises and joys to 40 female staff of Newtecons who are working in departments and construction sites throughout the country.

In the meeting, the female staff gathered, shared and re-watched the interesting videos made by the male colleagues in the company. As in every year, this year’s meeting had the attendance of Mr. Nguyen Quang Thuy – CEO together with the male managers representing “men” of Newtecons. In here, Mr. Anh Thuy sent sincere acknowledgements to the great efforts of female staff at Newtecons in excellent completion of tasks, resourceful and whole in the family business. He together with male staff participated in giving meaningful gifts and beautiful bunches of flowers to female staff.

For a company operating in construction filed as Newtecons, female staff just account for 10% of the number but play an important role in the overall success. Meaningful activities on International Women’s Day on 8/3 at Newtecons company has shown the deep care of the Executive Board. Hopefully, female staff of Newtecons in particular and all of company’s employees in general will keep the faith in making contribution and regard Newtecons company as their second home.
