NEWTECONS COMPLETES SORA GARDENS SC PROJECT, MEETING JAPANESE STANDARDS AND ATTRACTING INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

The SORA Gardens SC commercial center has been officially completed and handed over to the investor, allowing tenant units to begin their preparations for the grand opening scheduled for early in the third quarter in the new city of Binh Duong. As the main contractor, Newtecons has worked closely with the investor, Becamex Tokyu, fostering a high level of cooperation to ensure the project’s successful completion.

Initiated in March 2022, the project was finished within a year, adhering to all the required safety and quality standards.

A notable aspect is that AEON, a famous Japanese retail conglomerate, is the main client of SORA Gardens SC. This project marks the first implementation of AEON’s “Compact GMS – General Merchandise Store” model in Vietnam, covering an area of nearly 5,000 m2. This achievement underscores Newtecons’ capability in meeting “Japanese standards” and establishing its brand among international clients.

The SORA Gardens SC project represents the second cooperation between Newtecons and Becamex Tokyu, succeeding the SORA Gardens 2 within the same urban development. This luxury apartment complex is a development by Becamex Tokyu, a joint venture between Tokyu Corporation and Becamex IDC Corporation, two leading conglomerates from Japan and Vietnam.
