NEWTECONS COMPLETES QUOC QUANG 2 PROJECT: A REMARKABLE FEAT IN SPEED AND TECHNOLOGY
Developed by Quoc Quang Acoustics Co., Ltd. (Vietnam) and executed by Newtecons as the general contractor, the Quoc Quang 2 Factory project covers more than 206,000 m² on a 7.7-hectare site. The project makes a strong mark with its outstanding construction speed and the synchronized application of cutting-edge technical solutions.
After only six months of construction, the reinforced concrete framework for both five-story factories was completed and delivered in March 2025. This rapid progress underscores Newtecons’ exceptional project management capabilities and its optimized execution strategy, ensuring maximum efficiency without compromising quality.
By executing infrastructure and foundation works simultaneously and optimizing slab construction methods to shorten waiting time, the project management team significantly boosted construction speed. This strategic and flexible approach was instrumental in enabling Newtecons to uphold its commitment to the investor.
The Quoc Quang 2 complex includes two five-story factory buildings (each with 10,000 m² per floor), a five-story office and dormitory building, two parking structures totaling nearly 20,000 m², a six-story rental workshop, and multiple auxiliary facilities. The project stands out for its use of cutting-edge technologies and premium materials, guaranteeing top-tier quality and operational performance:
- Prestressed Cable Structure: Reduces beam dimensions, saves materials, and optimizes usable space.
- Anti-Static Vinyl Flooring: Meets strict safety standards for industrial production.
- Large-Scale MEP System: Includes over 100 chiller units, a high-precision compressed air system, an advanced exhaust treatment system, and modern electrical, water, and fire protection systems.
With cutting-edge technical solutions and well-coordinated teamwork, Newtecons kept construction on track while adhering to the highest quality and safety standards.
