CONGRATULATIONS TO THE PROJECT 05 BW HAI DUONG MANAGEMENT TEAM

With passion, dedication, and a deep love for their craft, the Newtecons Project Management Team has successfully navigated numerous challenges to complete Project 05 BW Hai Duong on schedule, meeting the demanding requirements set by the investor. Initiated in December 2021, Project 05 BW Hai Duong covers a total area of 63,000 m2, with 3 workshops spanning approximately 35,000 m2, constructed under the stewardship of Newtecons as the general contractor.

The project’s various elements, including concrete and steel structures, exterior finishes, mechanical and electrical systems, infrastructure, and landscape, have been universally acclaimed for their high quality. Of particular note is the project’s super-flat flooring, which features an exceptionally polished and aesthetically pleasing surface, surpassing expectations in finish and design.
