CELEBRATE CHRISTMAS EVE NEWTECONS PEOPLE

Newtecons people have become closer by engaging and spreading activities in the midst of the hectic atmosphere of the final days of the year. Each present, each activity organized by Newtecons demonstrates the Board of Directors’ attention to employees and the cohesion of the Newtecons people.

The Christmas tree was decorated early at Newtecons’ new headquarters so that staff could “check in” and enjoy the festive mood. The Union Executive Board prepared Christmas celebrations with mini games for all to exchange and relax, as well as to save nice memories with dear colleagues.

Christmas is one of the most important holidays for Christians. As a result, the Administration Department has carefully prepared the gifts before delivering it to each building site. The employees who are Christians are given the day off on December 25 to fully enjoy this important and meaningful holiday.

The employees from departments/construction sites also enthusiastically participated in the Communication Department’s contest “XMAS – XFUN: Double the Joy of Christmas” with sparkling photos and sweet and funny comments. This is the activity that exemplifies Newtecons’ philosophy of “work hard, play hard.”

The employees themselves plan and participate in these activities. This is the “glue” that sticks Newtecons people together across the country, from workplaces to construction sites.

When winter arrives, the most meaningful thing is neither a warm coat because the weather in some locations is still warm, nor the gleaming appearance because we cannot always afford glamorous Christmas decorations. The most important thing is the moment we are together, and Love, having no geography, knows no boundaries.
