APPOINTMENT CEREMONY OF CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER – DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF COST CONTROL DEPARTMENT

The Executive Board and every level of management of Newtecons Construction Investment Joint Stock Company attended an appointment ceremony for outstanding individuals in the morning, November 6, 2023.

The role of M&E Site Manager of The Royal Da Nang project has been assigned to Mr. Nguyen Van Tai. This role necessitates the possession of comprehensive leadership and team leadership abilities. The assessment panel was greatly impressed by his zeal, love for his work, forward-thinking attitude, and commitment to lifelong learning and personal growth. In addition, he has exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with investors and clients. His appointment to this significant role is a deserving acknowledgment of his previous accomplishments.

Mr. Tran Van Thuan, an exceptional worker who has added value to the Newtecons team, was appointed M&E Site Manager for the Complex Building No. 02 Pham Ngoc Thach project. Having personally overseen the construction of numerous large-scale projects ranging from high-rise structures to upscale metropolitan districts, he brings a wealth of knowledge to the Company and will help to further expand the reputation of Newtecons, the general contractor. He also develops and teaches a group of young engineers concurrently so that they can achieve new heights as a team.

In addition to the Construction Site Division, Mr. Truong Thanh Luc has been assigned to the position of Deputy CCM Department in the Office Division. With his belief in his competence and capacity to negotiate and make decisions in a timely manner, he has earned the trust of the Board of Directors and colleagues. He is dedicated to showcasing his talents and successfully fulfilling assigned responsibilities in his new role.

Previously, the appointed professionals were given a presentation with very clear aims to contribute to the Company’s production and business activities, as well as human resource development. The evaluation committee shared candidly and positively, assisting the team in identifying areas for improvement and continuously developing themselves to become key leaders in the near future.

Appointing individuals is a critical and necessary step in the development of Newtecons.
