UPDATING THE PROGRESS OF VIETNAM SMART SPEAKER RESEARCH AND PRODUCTION PROJECT
Vietnam Smart Speaker Research and Production Factory is invested by Quoc Quang Electric Co., Ltd. (Vietnam). Commencing the project since April 2019, Newtecons has engaged as the Design & Build Contractor. The factory consists of 03-storey workshop, warehouse and items of specialist houses, auxiliary houses, with a total floor area of over 4ha.
Up to now, Newtecons Site Management Team is constructing the finishing works, MEP and infrastructure. At the project, Newtecons Site Management Team has applied the Chiller system to ensure the factory’s cooling capacity. This is a system that uses cold water as an intermediate load, pumped to indoor units to cool the air and distribute to loads throughout the entire system of the factory.
At the end of June 2020, Newtecons Site Management Team will inspect and energize the whole project. Expectedly, in July 2020, the project will be handed over meeting all requirements for quality, safety and progress from the Developer.
