TOPPING-OUT CEREMONY FOR TOWER D12 OF THE LUMIÈRE PROJECT IN HANOI

Recently, Newtecons, in collaboration with the Investor, held a topping-out ceremony for Tower D12 of the high-rise Lumière project located in the Tay Mo – Dai Mo New Urban Area, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi City.

The ceremonial offering and concrete topping-out were conducted solemnly, marking the milestone of completing the structural works more than one month ahead of schedule. The project comprises three towers, each with 39 above-ground floors, one rooftop floor, and one basement level, with a total construction floor area exceeding 210,000 m². Newtecons has been serving as the Main Contractor since March 2024. Towers D10 and D11 are expected to be topped out in July 2025.

During construction, the project faced various technical challenges such as raft foundation works, mass concrete solutions, and atypical structural floors over 5.5 meters high featuring integrated swimming pools and landscaping on the 20th floor of each tower. However, with strong technical expertise and a highly committed spirit, the construction of Tower D12 was completed ahead of schedule.

The topping-out of Tower D12 is a significant milestone that affirms Newtecons’ capability and commitment to quality, safety, and progress in large-scale high-rise projects.
