THE DEWEY SCHOOLS – INTERNATIONAL GREEN BUILDING CONSTRUCTED BY NEWTECONS

The Dewey Schools – a project that certified the international Green Building after being put into operation, has recorded satisfaction and positive effects from parents and students studying there. At the same time, Newtecons, as a General Contractor has received much praise and trust from the Investor – Edufit Education Group. 

The Dewey Schools is built on an area of about 20,000 m2 with 04 blocks including 5 floors and 02 basements for each, a total of 126 classes, a system of function rooms and a large utility complex such as a 4-season swimming pool that meet the Aquatots standard of swimming school (USA), music room, creative studio, etc. In the role of the general contractor, Newtecons has synchronously combined the implementation of Construction and M&E packages at the beginning of the project. This coordination helps shorten the project schedule and maximizes management costs for the Investor. During the project, the quality is always guaranteed, ensure to meet the urgent construction schedule, the Newtecons Management Board has implemented many specialized construction measures, applying BIM to limit the risks of conflicts. and strictly control the construction progress in each stage.
