On December 31, 2024, the 2024 Construction Site Manager Training Program officially concluded. Over six months, 27 promising employees from Newtecons, Ricons, and SOL E&C completed the program, which featured 10 well-structured and efficient modules.

The program featured an impressive team of internal instructors comprising Executive Directors, Division Managers, Project Directors, and Department Heads. Their extensive experience and specialized knowledge offered trainees a well-rounded perspective on leadership, management, and operational strategies.

Trainees presented their reports to the Council after their construction site internship.

Beyond providing specialized knowledge, the program prioritized cultivating critical soft skills for leaders, including communication, problem-solving, decision-making, teamwork, and vision development. This emphasis served as a cornerstone, enabling participants to acquire comprehensive skills essential for excelling as future managers.

Mr. Trần Văn Mười, Executive Director of Ricons, shared:

Internships for the trainees were arranged in rotation among Newtecons, Ricons, and SOL E&C. The goal was to offer them practical observation opportunities on construction planning and execution at diverse projects, helping them gather essential learnings for project leadership roles.

The Site Manager Training Program is regarded as a crucial stepping stone in cultivating future leaders. Newtecons consistently prioritizes robust investment in human capital, recognizing it as the cornerstone of its sustainable development.
