The project “TTI TOOLS (VIETNAM) – MANUFACTURING FACTORY CATEGORY”) was finally completed by Newtecons and SOL E&C on the morning of June 9, 2023, marking a very significant turning point for the parties. TTI Group’s Board of Directors, project management consultant MACE -Structon, General Design & Construction Contractor Newtecons – SOL E&C, and project partners all attended the topping out event.
The project’s investor, TTI (Techtronic Industries), is a global leader with rapid expansion in the markets for power tools, accessories, hand tools, outdoor equipment, floor care, and cleaning with renowned brands like MILWAUKEE, RYOBI, and HOOVER. TTI has been operating in the Vietnamese market for five years, employing 8,000 people across eight manufacturing factories in the industrial parks of Dong Nai and Binh Duong. In the Ho Chi Minh City High-Tech Park (SHTP), the Group is currently investing in the construction of a sizable, cutting-edge manufacturing facility in accordance with the leading energy and environmental standards LEED Gold.

The perspective of the project
As the design and construction general contractor for this project, Newtecons – SOL E&C works with TTI Group. The contract package’s total cost exceeded 3,000 billion VND, and the work’s scope included the design, structural construction, completion, and installation of the MEPF system and the project’s facade. The project was topped off ahead of schedule thanks to Newtecons – SOL E&C, whose technical proficiency and construction capacity has been demonstrated through numerous significant projects.
