OFFICIAL COMPLETION OF THE TOPPING-OUT CEREMONY FOR THE FPT SOFTWARE RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT CENTER – Phases 2 & 3

The topping-out ceremony for the FPT Software Research & Development Center for Product and Technology Solutions, Phases 2 & 3, took place on the morning of March 19, 2024, at the Thu Duc City High-Tech Park, Ho Chi Minh City. The event unfolded in a solemn and celebratory atmosphere, attended by distinguished guests, representatives from FPT Software Ho Chi Minh Limited Liability Company (FPT Software Ho Chi Minh), Newtecons, subcontractors, and suppliers.

In this project, Newtecons is tasked with the construction of the main building and auxiliary facilities for Phases 2 & 3. FPT Software Ho Chi Minh, and Newtecons are collaborating to ensure the center’s operational readiness by September 2024.

This pivotal project, strategically situated within the Thu Duc City High-Tech Park, aims to provide over 8,000 programmers with high-quality working environments to meet the burgeoning demands of the IT and software sectors. Additionally, it marks significant milestones: the 25th anniversary of FPT Software and the 20th anniversary of FPT Software Ho Chi Minh, setting high expectations for its success.

At the ceremony, the investors shared their enthusiasm for the smooth and expected progression of the project. Mr. Nguyen Duc Quynh – Chairman of FPT Software Ho Chi Minh, not only acknowledged and thanked the teams for their dedication and cooperation but also lauded Newtecons for their professionalism and commitment throughout the construction phase. He emphasized the contractor’s proactive and flexible approach to managing the project’s timeline and quality. Amidst the challenges faced by the construction sector, Newtecons’ project execution skills, professionalism, and reputation have left a lasting impression on him. With Newtecons, he is confident in “establishing new benchmarks and expectations for FPT Software’s future projects.”
