NEWTECONS EFFICIENTLY CONDUCTED A DEBATE CONFERENCE ON PROJECT QUALITY
Newtecons vừa tổ chức buổi tranh luận (“Debate”) với chủ đề xoay quanh "Yếu tố nào quyết định chất lượng dự án?". Buổi debate đã diễn ra sôi nổi – được khơi mào bởi một case study thực tế. Dự án “làm mẫu” này được đánh giá đạt chất lượng tốt mặc dù tỷ lệ nhân sự trẻ chiếm phần lớn _ với kinh nghiệm trung bình chỉ 2,5 năm.
The question of “What factors determine project quality?” was the focus of the recent debating conference (“Debate”) held by Newtecons. An actual case study that triggered the discussion was passionately held. Despite having a crew that is primarily young, with an average age of only 2.5 years, this “model” project is considered to be of high quality.
Clear responses and succinct justifications for their positions were provided by the debating groups (parties). Most importantly, each manager who took part has expanded their horizons and a greater understanding of how they fit into the process of guaranteeing project quality.
At the same time, the “debate” session demonstrates the necessity of critical thinking, effective communication, and teamwork skills – all in the service of the team’s common goal.
It was a useful discussion that came to a close. Participants have had more opportunity to practice speaking with confidence, coming up with creative solutions to problems, working as a team, and even exercising leadership abilities thanks to this approach to training methods. Another objective that Newtecons consistently strives to achieve is to fully grow and develop its team.
