NEWTECONS TO BUILD TRELLIA COVE, COMPLETING MIZUKI PARK’S 26-HECTARE TOWNSHIP

On August 19, 2025, Newtecons held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Trellia Cove project (legal name: Apartment Building CC5 and Clubhouse 3 – Phase 4 of the Nguyen Son Residential Area, Binh Hung Commune, Ho Chi Minh City). The project is jointly developed by Nam Long and two Japanese corporations with more than 100 years of experience – Hankyu Hanshin Properties and Nishi Nippon Railroad.

Positioned as the final compound subdivision within the 26-hectare Mizuki Park integrated township, Trellia Cove comprises three 20-storey residential towers and one basement level, providing 817 high-rise apartments along with 24 townhouses.

Project perspective

More than just a residential complex, Trellia Cove aspires to create a private, premium living environment that fosters a strong community of elite residents in Southern Saigon. This is achieved through a planning approach that emphasizes security, exclusivity, diverse internal amenities, and full access to the vibrant, well-established infrastructure of Mizuki Park.

As the General Contractor, Newtecons has once again been entrusted by Nam Long, following a series of successful collaborations including Waterpoint Phase 1, the CCTM3 Tower at Mizuki Park, and the CC6789 Towers. This continues to affirm Newtecons’ reputation and capabilities in both high-rise and low-rise housing segments, where strict requirements on schedule, safety, and quality are paramount.

Project Management Board

With Trellia Cove, Newtecons further reinforces its position as a trusted partner in delivering sustainable real estate projects, contributing to raising the standards of urban living in Vietnam.
