NEWTECONS SUCCESSFULLY ORGANIZED THE ACTIVITY PROGRAM OF NEWSTAR POTENTIAL LEADER CLUB

In August, the first teambuilding session was held in Vung Tau, officially ending the period of “hibernation” of this club.

Leaving aside the daily worries, members of Newstar Club had an exciting meeting, understanding the five core values: Solidarity – Integrity – Prestige – Creativity – Optimization.

In the coming time, Newstar continues the mission from the Company’s Board of Directors to “develop and orient the quality human resources; find and foster excellent individuals who have professional expertise and full leadership qualities to become a core workforce”.

Members of the club are now the key personnel of the Departments, Site Managers, Deputy Site Managers from construction sites across the country.
