NEWTECONS SUCCESSFULLY HOSTS DEBATE ON PROJECT QUALITY

Newtecons recently hosted a debate centered on “What determines project quality?” The discussion, sparked by a real-life case study, was lively. Despite being staffed predominantly by young professionals with an average of just 2.5 years of experience, this benchmark project was deemed to have achieved high quality.

The debate teams offered clear, concise, and persuasive arguments to support their positions. Importantly, all participating managers gained new insights into their roles in ensuring project quality.

Additionally, the debate highlighted the importance of critical thinking, communication skills, and effective collaboration through a variety of topics, all aimed at achieving the team’s collective goal.

This method of training has enabled attendees to become more proactive, enhancing their confidence in public speaking, creativity in argumentation, teamwork, and leadership skills.
