NEWTECONS STARTS FLORA PANORAMA PROJECT AT MIZUKI PARK – URBAN AREA WAS INVESTED BY JAPANESE
[Ho Chi Minh City, March 22, 2022] Newtecons and the Investor – Nam Long, two Japanese partners Nishi Nippon Railroad and Hankyu Hanshin Properties solemnly held the groundbreaking ceremony of the isolated apartment building project Flora Panorama in phase 3 of the 26ha Mizuki Park Integrated Urban Area. This is the next project in a long line of successful collaborations among leading enterprises in their busines. Distinguished visitors representing the Investor, Supervision Consultant, General Contractor, Subcontractor, Supplier, and others were present at the occasion.
The Mizuki Park urban area is one of the most important projects of Nam Long Investment Corp, Vietnam’s biggest real estate developer, in collaboration with two well-known Japanese partners, Nishi Nippon Railroad and Hankyu Hanshin Properties. This project in phase 3 of the Mizuki Park urban area project series, it is a cluster of three blocks with over 400 isolated apartments Flora+, in which Newtecons is the General Contractor and Artelia and FQM are the construction managers and supervision consultants.

Ngoài hệ thống tiện ích riêng, khu căn hộ còn được thừa hưởng toàn bộ tiện ích của khu đô thị tích hợp như kênh đào rộng 1,7ha, đường dạo bộ thể dục 1,5km và đường xe đạp dài 1,3km, công viên cây xanh 103.000m2, quảng trường sự kiện 8.700m2, hệ thống giáo dục 40.000m2, khu thương mại 15.000m2, công trình y tế 7.500m2, khu hành chính – văn hóa 5.000m2. Dự án được phát triển bởi các đơn vị hàng đầu trong lĩnh vực Bất động sản và Xây dựng trong nước và quốc tế như Conybeare Morrison CM+ (Australia – planning design), CPG (Singapore – landscape design), Aurecon (Australia – infrastructure design consultant), Yellowstone Consultants (Australia – infrastructure design consultant), Belt Collins (USA – landscape consultant), Rankine & Hill (Sigapore – structural consultant), Newtecons (General contractor).
Newtecons is responsible for the foundation structure, tunnel, body structure, finishing, MEP system, and interior landscape infrastructure for this project. The project will be completed in the third quarter of 2023 after a 16-month implementation period.
Newtecons already won the bid, began construction, and is speeding up the completion of the MP6-7-8 project in the Mizuki Park Urban Area. The Flora Mizuki MP6-7-8 blocks are carefully organized in a zigzag form to optimize the open space of the flats while also introducing the “water-tree” natural scenery and a harmonious climate into each living space. Despite the challenges of the Covid-19 epidemic, Flora Mizuki MP6-7-8 was constructed on time and handed over on time.

With vast construction experience on a variety of demanding and complex projects, the Newtecons Management Board is dedicated to attaining the greatest levels of progress, quality, aesthetics, and investor and customer satisfaction in this project. Construction procedures were rapidly established and implemented, and labor and equipment plans were meticulously prepared.

The Mizuki Park project is located at a key location in Ho Chi Minh City’s southern gateway area. In addition to the completely built utilities in Saigon South and the Phu My Hung Urban Area. Residents can easily visit bustling sections of the city such as Cho Lon, An Dong market, Ben Thanh market, or the center of District 1 within a 4.5km radius of Mizuki Park Residential Area.
