NEWTECONS SPREADS “SHIFT IN MINDSET” TO CENTRAL VIETNAM: “LET’S SHARE” EVENT IN DA NANG

Building on the success of the “Let’s Share: Shift in Mindset” event in Ho Chi Minh City, Newtecons held a similar program in Da Nang on October 29. Targeting potential employees in Central Vietnam, this event further underscored Newtecons’ dedication to entirely investing in and developing its workforce.

The “Let’s Share” program in Da Nang focused on core themes: career development planning, inspiration, and addressing staff concerns. The “Shift in Mindset” theme was again emphasized, highlighting the need to adapt to the construction industry market and technology changes. Shifting mindsets toward creativity, proactivity, and practical problem-solving is critical for individuals and Newtecons to grow sustainably and navigate new challenges.

Nearly 40 potential Newtecons staff members from Central Vietnam gathered for the event. Mr. Vo Thanh Liem, Newtecons’ CEO, shared firsthand insights into the company’s journey of building and expanding and critical experiences in overcoming obstacles and identifying opportunities. Management representatives highlighted the need for regular knowledge updates and proactive involvement in various tasks to help each achieve well-rounded development. The direct Q&A session allowed employees to engage with the leadership, gaining valuable answers, direction, and timely support.
