NEWTECONS SPREADS “SHIFT IN MINDSET” TO CENTRAL VIETNAM: “LET’S SHARE” EVENT IN DA NANG

Building on the success of the “Let’s Share: Shift in Mindset” event in Ho Chi Minh City, Newtecons held a similar program in Da Nang on October 29. Targeting potential employees in Central Vietnam, this event further underscored Newtecons’ dedication to entirely investing in and developing its workforce.

The “Let’s Share” program in Da Nang focused on core themes: career development planning, inspiration, and addressing staff concerns. The “Shift in Mindset” theme was again emphasized, highlighting the need to adapt to the construction industry market and technology changes. Nearly 40 potential Newtecons staff members from Central Vietnam gathered for the event.
