NEWTECONS SPREADS SAFETY CULTURE AT “SAFETY DAY 2025” HOSTED BY CAPITALAND DEVELOPMENT (VIETNAM)

On April 28, 2025, the atmosphere at the Lumi Hanoi and The Senique Hanoi construction sites was warmed by a spirit of unity and responsibility, as Newtecons joined hands with CapitaLand Development (Vietnam) to host Safety Day 2025—an annual event imbued with human values, affirming the shared commitment to making safety at work a core value in the journey of building sustainable projects.

From the morning event at Lumi Hanoi to the late-afternoon program at The Senique Hanoi, the message that every worker deserves to return home safely after each working day was thoughtfully integrated into every activity. With seamless coordination between the Developer and contractors—among which Newtecons plays the role of main contractor at both projects—the event was successfully carried out with a series of heartfelt activities, meaningful gifts, and inspiring moments of camaraderie across the job sites.

At Lumi Hanoi, more than 2,000 thoughtfully prepared gift packs were handed directly to workers—those who tirelessly contribute to shaping this future landmark. The event was filled with energy, highlighted by a collective safety chant that echoed the shared commitment to a civilized, disciplined, and accident-free working environment.

Continuing the spirit, hundreds of engineers and workers at The Senique Hanoi joined in the meaningful activities with great enthusiasm. From the symbolic gift handovers to the smiles shared and the resounding applause, the event further strengthened the bonds among all parties involved. A total of 450 gift packs were delivered to the entire site workforce—small tokens filled with deep gratitude and care.
