NEWTECONS BREAKS GROUND ON KHOM 5 URBAN AREA – A NEW URBAN SYMBOL IN CA MAU

On August 19, 2025, the Residential Housing Project at the new Khom 5 Urban Area, Ward 1, Cà Mau City, was officially launched. The project is developed by T&T Land Cà Mau Co., Ltd. with Newtecons serving as the General Contractor, once again marking its presence in key civil construction projects across the country.

Khom 5 Urban Area covers a total area of 23 hectares, including 7.5 hectares of low-rise housing serving residential and commercial-service needs, 2.5 hectares of high-rise blocks with five 10-story towers and two 15-story towers, 4 hectares dedicated to education, healthcare, and services, along with 9 hectares of technical infrastructure and transportation. The project’s design is inspired by the heritage town of Palmanova, Italy, emphasizing perfection, meticulousness, and creating a safe, private living space with diverse amenities for residents.

Project perspective

The project’s highlight is the “Ring City” feature, surrounded by a winding river symbolizing unity and completeness. With its scale and significance, Khóm 5 Urban Area is considered a key project of Cà Mau Province and also one of Vietnam’s national landmark projects, launched to celebrate the 80th Anniversary of Vietnam’s National Day (September 2, 1945 – September 2, 2025).

As the General Contractor, Newtecons is committed to delivering standardized construction solutions, optimal project management, and rigorous quality control, reaffirming its reputation and capabilities in accompanying Vietnam’s iconic projects.
