NEWTECONS RESTRUCTURES AND APPOINTS KEY MANAGEMENT ROLES

At the management meeting held on December 16, 2024, Newtecons’ Board of Directors unveiled decisions regarding the rotation and appointment of key management positions across the Internal Affairs, Technical, and other divisions. This initiative complements recent efforts to evaluate and restructure the organization, enhancing the Back Office (BO) division’s capabilities for a dynamic push in 2025.

At Newtecons, personnel rotation has long been a core policy in human resource development. This practice ensures alignment with the company’s shifting operational priorities and allows employees to challenge themselves in new roles, inspiring change, and personal advancement.

The BOD has officially appointed new management staff through formal decisions.

1. Ms. Nguyễn Thị Ngọc Tuyết – Director of the Internal Affairs Division

2. Mr. Trần Ngọc Đức – Director of the Technical Division

3. Mr. Trần Xuân Nam – Head of Human Resources Management Department

4. Ms. Cao Ngọc Trinh – Head of the L&D Department

5. Ms. Trần Thị Hồng Phúc – Head of Administration and Building Management Department

Guided by a clear vision and established objectives, the new managers will strengthen team unity, successfully achieve their assigned tasks, and play a key role in maintaining Newtecons’ leadership as the top general contractor in Vietnam.
