NEWTECONS RECOGNIZES TWO SENIOR TECHNICAL SPECIALISTS
On June 15, 2026, Newtecons held a ceremony to officially recognize two employees with the title of Senior Technical Specialist. This recognition followed a comprehensive assessment process, during which candidates presented and defended their technical topics and action plans before an Evaluation Council comprising Newtecons’ Leadership Board and leading industry experts, including Associate Professors and PhDs from prestigious universities in Ho Chi Minh City.

With strong professional expertise and extensive practical experience, both individuals received high praise from the Council not only for their in-depth technical knowledge, but also for their systematic thinking, research mindset, and ability to deliver practical technical value to Newtecons.
1. Mr. Le Quang Tam – Senior Thermal Engineering Specialist
Born in 1973, Mr. Tam graduated from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology with a major in Refrigeration and Thermal Engineering. He brings more than 30 years of experience in MEP engineering and building technical systems, having held various technical management positions within multinational corporations.
During the assessment program, he presented the topic “Balancing Energy Efficiency, System Durability, and Indoor Air Quality.” His presentation offered optimized technical solutions, operational efficiency improvements, and insights into green technologies and sustainable development trends within the construction industry.

2. Mr. Nguyen Anh Vu – Senior Electrical Engineering Specialist
Born in 1985, Mr. Vu graduated from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology with a degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. He has nearly 20 years of experience in MEP engineering and building technical systems. Throughout his career, he has contributed to numerous large-scale projects, including Noi Bai International Airport, Coca-Cola plants in Myanmar and Cambodia, The Metropole Thu Thiem, as well as various Solar and Data Center projects.
As part of the assessment program, he presented the topic “Enhancing Technical Management Efficiency of Electrical Systems for Large-Scale Aviation Infrastructure Projects,” drawing on his extensive hands-on implementation experience.

The recognition of these titles not only acknowledges the individuals’ capabilities and contributions, but also reinforces Newtecons’ commitment to developing a strong in-house network of technical experts. In their new roles, they will continue to serve as key technical leaders, addressing complex engineering challenges, researching and developing innovative solutions, mentoring future talents, and representing Newtecons in knowledge-sharing activities at industry forums and professional conferences.
