NEWTECONS PARTNERS CONFERENCE 2024: SUSTAINABLE COOPERATION, CONSTANT DEVELOPMENT
On June 20, 2024 – Newtecons Construction Investment Joint Stock Company successfully organized its 2024 Partner Conference at the National Convention Center in Hanoi. The event brought together nearly 100 partners, including suppliers and subcontractors, to share their visions and development plans for the future.
This event is attended by business owners, CEOs, and representatives from several of Newtecons’ Northern area partner firms. Among the almost 100 partners at the Conference, several have been with Newtecons for over a decade, accompanying the company since its inception. The presence of partners demonstrates commitment while affirming conviction in Newtecons’ long-term cooperative partnership.
At the event, Mr. Vo Thanh Liem, the Company’s General Director, expressed gratitude to the subcontractors, suppliers, and construction force who have helped Newtecons achieve excellent commercial outcomes in recent years. He discussed Newtecons’ development strategy for the next stage and underlined the need to create cooperative partnerships amongst stakeholders. As one of Vietnam’s top general construction contractors, Newtecons is proud of its competence and reputation, which it has established through several significant projects, and its ability to collaborate and deploy construction resources. Newtecons currently has a robust partner system, ensuring every aspect of the project, from materials and equipment to construction services, meets quality standards thanks to the ability to build and maintain sustainable relationships. Newtecons is dedicated to developing cooperative partnerships founded on trust and mutual respect. We support openness and fairness in all dealings and decisions. During the discussion session, members from Newtecons’ Executive Board and functional divisions responded to guests’ queries concerning future collaboration and development goals. Difficulties and roadblocks in the collaboration process were also addressed during the meeting to enable seamless coordination between the parties. Newtecons always values its partners’ thoughts and contributions, viewing them as valuable information for progress and development. The Newtecons Board of Management also intends to encourage the parties to share their experiences to increase collaboration efficiency and the capacity to handle problems that occur during construction. Effective partnerships will assist in reducing expenses and improving competitiveness.
During this conference, the Newtecons Executive Board also expressed its commitment to sustainable development. Newtecons is seeking and growing a network of subcontractors and suppliers with the same ESG implementation perspective.
