NEWTECONS ORGANIZES AI TRAINING PROGRAM FOR OFFICE EMPLOYEES

Facing the rapid development trend of technology, the application of artificial intelligence (AI) has become an indispensable component for improving labor productivity and service quality. Grasping this tendency, on the morning of June 8, 2024, at the main office headquarters, Newtecons organized an AI training program for all Office Division employees.

Mr. Chuc Nguyen – IT Department Specialist, who is in charge of the training session material, began by briefly explaining AI’s concept, history of formation, development, and working mechanism. This provides employees with the most thorough knowledge of this advanced technology.

Next, to help employees envision how to utilize AI in their work, the IT Department introduces the usage of some applications such as ChatGPT, Gemini and some other virtual assistant tools. The shared content is carefully prepared, complete, intuitive and vivid when integrated into actual demo videos.

AI training program is customized for the demands and capabilities of office workers. During the training process, employees not only learn about AI fundamentals but also experience applying AI in their regular jobs. This has given Newtecons staff a greater understanding of how AI can support and optimize work processes to improve work performance.

Following the success of the Office Division, Building site employees will soon receive this AI training program. The course, scheduled for mid-June 2024, promises to provide new information and skills to Site Management Teams, allowing them to better monitor and manage projects. The curriculum will continue to evolve and expand to all Newtecons employees in order to create a contemporary, professional workforce capable of fast learning and adapting to scientific and technological advancements.
