NEWTECONS ORGANIZED A WELCOME PROGRAM FOR NEW EMPLOYEES

Joining a new workplace is not simply about taking on a new job; it is also the beginning of a journey of learning, growth, and personal development.

On July 3, 2026, more than 100 new engineers working at Newtecons’ projects across Southern and Central Vietnam attended the New Employee Welcome Program at the Company Head Office, marking an important first step in their journey with Newtecons.

A highlight of the program was that the new members not only gained valuable insights into the Company’s direction from the Board of Management, but were also inspired by sincere stories and practical experiences shared by managers. From the uncertainty of their early days to the lessons and growth gained through each project, every story offered valuable, real-world insights that helped the new employees better understand Newtecons’ working environment while strengthening their confidence and motivation.

The program left participants with simple yet meaningful messages—core values that will accompany them throughout the journey ahead: Perseverance – Proactiveness – Collaboration – Receptiveness – Continuous Capability Development.
