NEWTECONS LAUNCHES YEN PHONG DEVELOPMENT PROJECT
The groundbreaking ceremony for the Yen Phong Development Project recently took place at plots CN4-3 and CN1-1 in the Yen Phong Industrial Park (expansion area), Bac Ninh Province. The ceremony was attended by representatives from the investor, BW Industrial Development JSC, the supervisory consultant Bureau Veritas, the design consultant VeV Engineering Value Consulting Joint Stock Company, and leaders from Newtecons along with the project’s entire management team.
In this project, Newtecons serves as the general contractor, overseeing structural work, finishes, and MEP. The project, featuring a state-of-the-art, two-story warehouse, marks a significant milestone in expanding the investor’s business operations in this market. Positioned strategically with a robust transportation network connected to major highways, the completed Yen Phong Development Project is poised to become a pivotal logistics hub in the region.
During the event, Mr. Michael Chan, Senior Director of BW, reflected on the company’s rapid growth,

With its rich history in executing large-scale industrial projects, staffed by a team of highly skilled professionals, and utilizing optimal construction methods, Newtecons is confident in its ability to complete the project with the highest safety standards, on schedule, and in compliance with the demanding requirements set by the investor. The Yen Phong Development Project is anticipated to be completed and operational by the third quarter of 2025.
